JUICEBLENDZ Miramar Opens With Blenders Whirling

JUICEBLENDZ, South Florida’s hottest smoothie and juice bar franchise, is excited to begin blending at its second location in Broward County, JUICEBLENDZ Miramar. Located in the heart of the Fountains of Miramar Shopping Plaza (corner of Miramar Pkwy & 160th Ave), the Grand Opening March 31st, 2007, welcomed a great turnout from the surrounding communities.“We are excited to promote our fundraising through the JUICEBLENDZ Foundation with local schools. We provide a healthier alternative to the average sugary snacks found in schools, while also giving money back to the schools,” said store owners and Miramar residents, Geovanny Rodriguez & Stetson Dwyer.

JUICEBLENDZ differs from its competition in that it uses only natural ingredients – no frozen mixes or sugary purees. Real fruits are imported from the Caribbean and some are even blended with high-end supplements to create a delicious and nutritious smoothie. The slickly marketed smoothie spots serve up fresh juice on – literally – a silver platter. Menus are displayed on plasma screens. The up-beat world music encourages patrons to dance. Wheatgrass shots and real fruit line the open kitchen where blenders work their magic. Don’t be surprised when you see one of the orange and yellow wrapped JUICEBLENDZ vehicles cruising down I-75, delivering smoothiez to your school, religious organization or community event.

The JUICEBLENDZ flagship store in Weston, Florida opened in 2005. JUICEBLENDZMiramar will be followed shortly by openings in Coral Springs at the Shoppes of Heron Bay, and Plantation at Veranda. Look for many more locations to soon dot the South Florida landscape. By 2009, fifty of the family-friendly stores are anticipated to crop up in South Florida, Orlando, Tampa and the Southeastern U.S.
